The Service processes user queries (text prompts) for generating AI responses by transmitting them to Google Cloud. By using the Service, you consent to this handling and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.. We may also collect user queries to improve the Service. All processing via Google Cloud is subject to their terms.

The Service integrates with third-party services, such as Google's Vertex AI API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

By using Demetria, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be processed by Google Cloud in accordance with their Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
